Return and Refund Policy:

1. We follow a strict no-return policy. Once the package has been delivered it cannot be returned, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
2. In case the product has been damaged or there are missing items when it reaches you, please reach out totheheikkacompany@gmail.com and we shall send replacements for the same within 5 business working days.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation is only possible via E-mail or Whatsapp before order processing begins. Once processing starts, cancellations cannot be accommodated. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business working days.
